@@MDTrepairs thanks brother i saw the battery health in BIOS its showing excellent. i just bought a second hand 7490 i5 8th (16/256). the battery time is averaging around 3-4 hours is this good? because i still have my 1 month warranty after purchase and i can return it for another piece. other than that everything is good.

After F2 battery check my laptop is not starting it's stating no bootable device found so what can I do to open my laptop If you can help.

Sir need your help When we talk about f12 when you turn on your laptop, the ac adapter giving me numbers and watt or something and the battrey state giving me idal, is that mean that my charger is need to be changed? And next time i pressed f2 and the ac adapter was unkown and the battrey health is normal what is all this about and means? And thing that i did not understand is that i've been using this charger for like a long while and it was working very well, but suddenly now stoped and to be honest i did not check those [ ( idal & unkown - info) lately ] until now, so i really can't tell if the issue because of those info or something else and oh by the way the charger that i have now still charging but i have to let it plugged in for a while and then it's start charge

Either a dead battery or a loose battery cable. Try reseating the cable first, but buy a replacement if that doesn't help. Dell batteries last roughly 2.5 - 3 years depending on model and use. (Note that Dell batteries only have a 1 year warranty unless an extension was purchased, even if the system has a longer one.)

Does it only show poor health with your power supply? Normally if a battery shows poor health, a replacement is recommended.

Depends on the manufacturer. How old is your laptop? Typically Dell's batteries have 1 year warranty unless you purchase an extended protection plan. Now if your battery is swollen it definitely needs replacement, we don't recommend you keep using your laptop with a swollen battery
