How to Check and Adjust Valve Clearances - Honda CG125
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In this video I will show you the correct method for checking and adjusting the valve clearances on a 1990s Honda CG125. This procedure is similar for all OHV (Overhead Valve (Pushrod) Engines). I will also talk about the basic theory of a 4 stroke engine, how they work and why we need a valve clearance for optimum engine performance.

Haha Sunday church at turners workshop. You’re always welcome 🤗
Another good informative video! Small bikes are where its at - you could easily repair the CG with ease and low cost in most places around the globe. How about taking it for a Great British summer road trip adventure sometime? Would make a great video...

Feeler gauges will be needed to get it spot on unless you have a vernier calliper and some shims of the right thickness
Could always put in a lighter flywheel for extra ✊🏻
