Solution simple, basic , facile , efficace , durable et peu couteuse !

de plus, les constructeurs pourraient quand même mettre des petit manomètres intégré au circuit de compression ! cela permettrait de diagnostiquer plus rapidement les pannes, et de voir le niveau de recharge !

What I like about this video is in 10 minutes so much practical instruction detail: 20 seconds to braze a pipe (to avoid carbon residue) , observing water steam vapor upon vacuuming ( before this I thought it was vaporing oil, but he pointed as time goes on the steam goes away), waiting a half hour to run if charged as a liquid, using touch and feel of piping for temperature difference and a practical explanation of over/under charge by feel, Amperage and freezer temperature check (ice cream keeps best at 0F). standing pressure and back pressure and not getting hung up on replacing Danfoss with a Panasonic. Great video, highly recommend, works for orifice air conditioning HVAC too. Repairers can use propane torch, staybrite 8 silver solder and matching flux instead of brazing.

Big mistake. Danfoss refrigeration compressor uses internal thermo overload protection switch, while a Panasonic uses an external thermo overload protection switch. If you must use the danfoss PTC relay on a Panasonic compressor you must improvise a way of introducing an thermo overload switch between the power supply going to the common to the common terminal of the compressor.

You cannot really tell from the standing pressure if the refrigerant is over or under charged because the gas is in saturated state, meaning both vapor and liquid exist in the system. You can have less vapor and more liquid and vice-versa but the pressure would be the same as per 134a temperature pressure chart.

Check whether the air trap is blocked. IF yes then it could be the reason.

As welding is defined...it brazing is a form of welding technically. But yes...in layman's terms it is considered brazing. Also the water and air rae not burning,...but it is considered burned off. I agree...It is a good video.

@@Lupgaroo666 sorry but brazing is not welding sir. Welding is when you join two or more metals by melting the base metals and brazing is actually consider a form of soldering as its not melting the base material. It's joining the metals by filling the space in between the metals with a filler and does not melt the the base materials.

illegal for unlicensed to accept money for services, legal to use recovered refrigerants from your own stuff. legal to buy regulated refrigerants to be installed by a epa licensed technician. I think it still legal to install r134a, but illegal to excessively vent other regulated refrigerants (legal to vent propane and isobutane) (but no one is complaining about greenhouse gases from r410 released from russia and israel bombing of civilian targets). Get yourself a refrigerant recovery machine and tank your not going to jail or likely fined excessively for trying to do it right.
