Ya bro you can take series output but you need to charge the module with 3 seperate charging source ie) 3 chargers connected seperately but the current output is low I recommend to go with bms

Thank you bro, you design an awesome solution with charging balance (or isolation?) and make it possible to series 3s 18650 battery which could output 12v. One question: Is the output circuit (12v) being protected by TP4056 module? Is there any chance that make battery over-discharging? I'm worried about the safety and don't want burn anything lol. Hope you can give me any reply or suggestion, thank you a lot !

This board has ever protection features like over current discharge protection max 2A Over charge protection max 4.2v Over discharge protection min 2.5v Shot circuit protection So don't worry about it

In Fully discharged condition each module charge their batteries with 1amp so total of 3 batteries it consumes 3amp so we should give 5volt atleast 3amp dc input to the module No it doesn't replace 10A 3s bms It is limited for 3 amp maximum

It will not damage the Circuit if you connect the charging battery (li-ion one cell per board) and booster converter in parallel connection Tell me what and how many battery you going to change? 👍It is ok to connect booster converter to output but the maximum ampere of tp4056 can deliver is 1A when the load and charging take more than 1A then the circuit cut off the current or the ic get heat if not cutoff done. So measure the current flow from tp4056 to ( load and charging ) If it comes under 1Amp then it is ok but 1A continue discharge will heat up the ic so you should fix a HEAT SINK (compulsory) on that ic What project you going to make Tell me I will help you 😊

Yes, you can use 2 or even more battery for each circuit but in [PARALLEL CONNECTION] And you should keep it in mind that Time taken to full charge get more and more by adding of battery Because the circuit board is charger the battery with maximum (1A) when using one battery it changes at 1A While using 2 batteries it changes at 0.5A for each battery (current get divided by no. of battery used) so double the time of charging when using one battery the board charge at 1A(at 0% battery charger) and gradually decreases to 0A(at 100% battery charge) But using 2 batteries in parallel the time taken to full charge get double so high charging current (1A) also not decrease faster it takes double the time to decrease so the ic get very hot so you should fix a [HEAT SINK] to top of the tp4056 ic.

This module is not recommended for more than 1 battery. You must use charging module like BMS.

Yes your correct , but I tried with even three batteries in parallel connection it workes fine and charge the battery fully but takes more time and the board ger heated up in initial charging after using heat sink heating is reduced

@@letsclear9769 the board in normal condition with original R3 and 1 battery, will be very hot even with alumunium heat sink 14x14x5mm because the current taken from the charger around 1000mA. Using mini fan + heat sink is the best way to reduce the heat.
