How To Change Your Life With One Simple Idea
Ойын-сауық
This ONE simple idea will change your life.
Back in 2011 I got one of the most powerful lessons I’ve ever had. I was serving in the Royal Marines and it came from a Sgt Major who was VERY much part of the old school. 12 years later I still use it to get me through times when I start thinking ‘what’s the point?’
What Do Special Forces, Olympic Athletes And 8 Figure Business Owners All Have In Common?
In This FREE Masterclass I will tell you what it is, why it’s so effective and how you can start using it today.

My Sergeant in royal marine training would always say during our worst days and beastings - 'fellas, remember that this will end'. Such a simple thing to focus on but allows you to zoom out and remember the big picture
Thanks for these real videos not pretending life is bullshit perfect. Yours and a few words from other military guys have pushed me past some dark times recently.
Great video mate, Quiting drinking has changed my life, highly recommend it, At 40 now I look as it as those days are done , now let's make me the best me I can. 4.30am wake up and gym. Let's go ...........
Dec 23 was at an absolute low, ex Airborne Forces, boxer etc, somehow life had put me on on my arse, at 50 I felt broken, I watched some iff your videos mate and this as well as some other talks you gave made me realise exactly that nothing stays tge same fir ever and all bad shite will pass. Keep up the great work 👍
if you ever feeling a constipated, remember "This two shall pass."
Success is not final , failure is not fatal ! Churchill
Terrific post & share 🙏 "Pain is transient, success is forever" and "failure is actually never having a go"; I'll add the 5 minute mantra to my tool box. Thank you.
When I was 33, I was sleeping on my nan's couch with the cat I'd flown back with me from Vancouver. Homeless and unemployed after leaping without knowing where I was going to land. I was changing careers and it took such a lot of persistence. It can be hard to see that thing can change or could be different when you're in the thick of it, but they do. And these struggles make good stories once you're out. Thanks, another great video.

Spot on mate. It was a particularly good moment to hear this message this evening too ❤
Brilliant. Loving your channel. So relatable
Thanks for this been feeling this way all last week I still hit the gym and worked hard strength of mind an discipline beats motivation everytime
Change is the only constant - identifying when you're in a good spot (make hay while the sun shines, the rain will come) or down in a rut (things will get better, keep working hard) is the key. Subbed mate.
Inspiring, thank you.
Such a great perspective.
Great content as usual and an important reminder. Thank you 👍
Good morning Simon l hope that your well? I just want to say your vids are so inspirational to me and l feel every word you have said here and so very true. I had this exact time when my partner fell poorly with membranous neuropathy and she as a Teacher couldn’t work for 2 years via chemo and l being in the construction trade is a difficult position because self employed work can be difficult if work dries up etc but becoming resilient like you say especially when l was worried for my misses daily I also had to be mentally strong to keep active with work and get us out of this situation by being positive daily and I can tell you was extremely hard emotionally as well because until you been there it’s hard to explain as we are all different and l managed it and still to this day she’s pulled through this and made us stronger in every way mentally. Life is definitely hard as hell as we all get past the 30- onwards threshold and life then becomes this challenge with you either give up over the smallest worries or you ignore it and still fight it but positively not negatively. Plus I don’t use medication especially with ADHD there are medications but l find it’s a mask only. I’d rather face it and challenge it instead so for me everything you say resonates with me entirely and Thank you my friend. Keep these inspiring words flowing please. 😊🇬🇧🎶🙏👌👍
Great video - every step is an opportunity for growth, there are no wrong turns 🙌

We can only use our life experiences and, for those driven and gifted with the ability to share, its a loss to society not to learn from one another's unique perspective. I'm sure you've a life of experience that may be able to help those around you too. Glad you've watched the chanel
