This process is similar or even identical in some cases for the Toyota Sienna models from 2004 - 2010. The vehicle in this video is a 07 Toyota Sienna. Just take your time and changing the brake pads is not a difficult task. The rear brakes are drum brakes and will not be demonstrated in this video.

Thank you thank you for detailed instructions on how to change brake pads on my Toyota sienna! I just used your video for the headlights and now I'm going to do the brakes today. So your instruction video is totally awesome! Again I am 60 years old and I am going to change my own brakes! I'm very excited to go along with your step by step instructions. These instructions can be someone else's instructions but you make this video much better! Thank you

Just suggesting, on applying the brake pad grease do the tips before you set them in place, then do the back side after so one doesn't accidentally spread the grease all over everything, like I have. Just neater that way

Great video my guy! I’m sure you know but they sell a tool to compress the caliper for like 8.99 at autozone, either way I use to take the whole caliper assembly off to change the pads but this cut my time in half! Thanks so much!

Thanks. I use grease on the caliper bolts, so it can move freely back and forward.

That CRC forms a latex film, it only goes on the back of the pad. You have to use brake grease or anti-seize between the pad and the clips. Also, you have to take out the guide pins and put silicone grease on them. This is not how you do a brake job. 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂
