Hello sir, Here i want to thank you for this informative video. in this video i got very clear explanation about the lathe headstock spindle bearing replacement and i could learn in this video how to dismantle the spindle main drive unit properly. also you used the special tool for bearing assemble that was very great idea👌. Hi Leo, maraming dahilan ang pagmalfunction ng automatic feed at threading operation ng lathe machine. Una, hindi nakaengaged ang headstock spindle gear patungo sa gear train, o ang intermediate gears sa lead screw gear. O kaya naman ang mga gears sa quick change gear box. kapag lahat yon ay nakaengaged ngunit hindi maengage ang automatic feed lever or thread chasing lever sa carriage assembly ay nasa loob ng carriage ang problema. Maaring may kumalas na gear o pin sa loob ng carriage ng lathe at dapat itong ibaba upang makita at maayos. Thank you Leo for watching and subscribing. God Bless!
