Yes, royal purple is fine in anything but arbs.

Can you tell us how much mpg changed from 4.10 to 4.88 gears? How does it drive with the regearing? What tire size did you have before regear and what tire size are you running after the regear? Thanks

Hi Ray, My mpg got a bit better on longer road trips on 37s. I had 373 and 31 inch tires, swapped to 35s, and a few months later swapped to 37s on 3.73 gears. My mpg was in the 16s with any of those combinations. When I swapped to 488 gears I saw 17s and even 18 mpg. Its because the trans shifts sooner to 7th and 8th gear.

@@c130aviator I have maxtow with 4.10 gears with 35s and get 15-17, planning to regear and do lockers at the same time, was on the fence between 4.88 and 5.13 gears

@@raycabrera941 I think the 488 is the better all around gear. If you are going to see bigger than 37s and rock climbing, go 5.13s
