Your a lifesaver I was riding without one great vid got a moto 4 350

You should have put filter oil on the sponge.

I just put lid on behind the lip on air filter and slide it forward until you can put a couple screws in. No need to thin the foam gasket.

Yeah that would be the way to go if you can afford it. I have only taken the quad out once this year so I don't want to sink too much money into it. Still nice to have a cheap quad for those few times I do get the inkling to get muddy.

What happens if you drive without one

I drove mine for 5 years with only the plastic/metal cartridge in place with no ill effects but definitely start budgeting for one because a filter is cheaper than a new engine lol

@@striker1211 cause my grandpa has a old big bear 350 and it idles really high, and I don't if it's cause there's no air filter or if there a leak, I'm pretty sure its cause there's no filter tho

@@striker1211 a new engine for a yamaha moto 4 is around $750 to $800 on Ebay
