00:13 - Raise the rear of the car and secure on supports.
00:24 - Remove the hub bearing protection cap. Use a hammer. Use a flat chisel.
00:42 - Use a drive socket No.30. Loosen and remove the hub nut.
01:00 - Remove the retaining ring. Use a circlip remover
01:13 - Press out the wheel hub bearing.
02:17 - Clear the components and apply a thin layer of grease on the bearing seat. Use a wire brush
02:32 - Press a new bearing into the wheel hub.
03:05 - Install the retaining ring. Use a circlip remover
03:18 - Install a brake drum.
03:28 - Screw the hub nut. Use a drive socket No.30.
03:33 - Install the hub bearing protection cap.
The tools you need to replace wheel bearing:
- drive socket No. 30
- flat chisel
- hammer
- circlip remover
- wire brush

    thank you so much, I just did both rear wheel bearing in my backyard in about an hours work, saved me close to 300 Euro's of garage costs. Excellent video and great way to save some money

    Never press a bearing by the inner race if its fitted by the outer shell. You will blow the guts out of the bearing or massively shorten its life span. Press the outer shell only. I use a recessed drift 0.5mm smaller in diameter than the outer race diameter to press in my bearings - recessed so it puts no pressure on the inner race.

    Is it the same thing for front wheel? I’m asking because there is disc brakes in the front so just to know how big of a difference there is

    The rear hub nut is only used once then replaced if its removed.A nut is only 10euro.

    You are absolutely right. The nut is disposable it is recommended to replace it with a new one during dismantling. Happy New Year! AUTODOC
