So nicely explained, I was going to buy new 1 but after watching this video I repaired pump myself,almost saved me 1500 bucks.

Thanks for this video. I just replaced the seals in my pump. My pump has two tiny springs and pins to that make it so the gear can rotate freely in the opposite direction. You have to be careful not to lose them when taking the gear off the shaft. They will want to spring out.

Hi. Your video is great in all detail. I am suspicious that my autolube pump may have dirt trapped inside the discharge gallery which is impairing the movement of the check valve ball and spring. Blowing compressed into the discharge fitting from the outside will not work as flow is only outward. I don't have a tiny 90 deg. elbow airline nozzle to get into the discharge port from inside the pump . The brass barbed discharge fitting is possibly press fitted into the aluminium housing and is fused in and almost impossible to remove to clean out. I suspect that this may be the cause of no oil delivery after installing new seals and overhauling the pump.Any other viewers encountered this similar symptom ? Thanks , Roy.

After change oil Seal leaking problem what can do now

I just found out my rx135's oil pump is not working. I'm planning to clean/service it based on your video. How do I know if I need a new oil seal or if I can continue to use the old one? I don't have any leaks. On the contrary, the oil is not getting pumped into the engine and I have to mix oil in tank with petrol.

That's one real question I've come across in a while... any of these 4 things is sign of bad oil seal - Pump not doing what it's meant to do Oil leaking Hardened oil seal Damaged lips( inner side) of the oil seal

Superb work man! Really amazing work! I just removed the pump and sealed the 2T Oil Pipe because I was tired of it leaking lol I wish this video was fully in english so that people like me (who doesn’t know Hindi) can also understand, but it’s alright man!

Thanks man!! Go ahead you can do it, it isn't that difficult. Irrespective of the language used , I feel technical videos are more of a self-explanatory kind considering only when the case is clearly pictured. Keeping it as reference is enough.

The gear wheel can be put on wrong, both side are not the same, the cut out will go the other way, but the video is right, 50/50 chance.

Hi, What are the indications of an oil pump needing an oil seals change? My oil pump is pumping oil even without opening throttle at idle speed, thus smoking a lot. Please advise me on this..

Only when the oil leaks or it does not pumps oil. Then need to change oilseals. .

I have just fitted a bran new pump and its leaking a very small amount of oil (a few drop per week) from the shaft area underneath the pully and spring, could the oil seals need changing already ? Thanks

Keep riding it will settle with time, even if it doesn't.,Relax and ride hard. Nothing is rx can be prefect small oil leaks isn't very worrisome thing brother.

Yes ,in case of oil pump i would suggest using gasket bond. For cylinder and clutch cover nicely cleaned mating surface will be enough.

Sir i have a pump on my bike which has USPAT some number written in it! And i figurrd it out that the original ones were of Pricol! But in my pump its written USPAT ****6 no. US patented

USPAT ones are the most original one.. they came came in rx and rd from very early time.. Last models of rx came with pricol pumps 👍.

It's one of those 3 coils on the stator plate under the magnet... NO switch , switches are integrated type inside the cdi itself acting on the trigger pulse.. may I know what exactly you're upto???

Hi.. There's no O ring in the pump. It's oilseal. Although both words are used interchangeably, but they are different in functionally.

Check the Shaft, spot where the oil seal sits. Shaft gets worn out many times. .have mentioned in video.

Check the place from where oil is leaking.if the new pump is also leaking then check the paking/ joint on the casing , oilseal inside of the casing can also leak. Dm me on instagram- moto_travelxd

Chote seal me,Jo jada deep groove hai wo andar ke tarf jaega. opposite side se koi matlab nahi hai ,uska koi role nahi hota hai

Fabricate it ,take imprints from pump body or old gasket . Procure gasket sheet from truck spare parts shop, or even you can use a normal laminated sheet along with gasket sealer
