A little rough on the hood latch also. Not designed to pull upwards. I do my own also.

What about resetting the cars computer for the next service alert, I understand the dealership uses some kind of computer when changing the oil. I drive the 2013 S550.

You can do it yourself the reset service.

i have a 2007 s550 Basic 5.5 v8 with 124000 miles what kind of oil do i need? and how many quartz are needed? please...

8.5qts of 5w40. Preferably the mercedes oil or mobile one full synthetic

They vary but most the time its 8.5qts. some are 9.0 and some 9.5

Wat weight is the oil and how many quarts? Mines a 07 s550 5.5 liter v-8

How many its for 2015 S550 4 metic with 25000 miles on it? How can I tell I put the right amount if it ranges from 8.5 to 9.5? Thank you for the great video!!!

Not trying to be smart 4matic just means all wheel drive the engines are the same displacement so same amount of oil

Actually not true. Some models the front dif is on the right side and the intermediate shaft runs through the oil pan which displaces a half qt or so

for the love of god buy a fluid extractor feed the tube down the dipstick port and never have to crawl under the car again to change the oil

God will not love you any less if you crawl under the car. Pulling the drain plug does a better job.

The socket that fits the oil filter wrench is a 27mm
