2019- e450 4matic has same 2 filter setup (much easier access). This video was great for giving me a quick overview before taking on the job.

Yes, you do have a different engine on the GL 450 so videos that I make with our cars are not going to match up. However, I would think there’s got to be some KZread content out there on that subject already.

I enjoy your videos. I have changed these filters several time. You can use a Schwaben stubby socket driver set to remove the engine air filter torx screws and not have to remove the above plastic covers. Makes the job easier and faster.

Almost every task is precede with an instruction to disconnect the battery. Probably not necessary in this case. I would think as long as the ignition is off there isn’t any voltage going to the sensors.

Do you have a video for the engine coolant thermostat housing on the GL450 2015 V6, It looks like a challenge. Thanks
