Thank you very much for the video and instructions, seems to be super clear, but I hit a bit of road block here. I changed the master code and got 2 beeps - great! But when I came to making a User code, it still gave me 2 beeps, (seems like confirmed) but then the User Code that I just created would not work, in fact now the Lock button does not work either, not locking /unlocking and not recognizing any user codes. I followed the instructions on the label and logically, the User code that I created should work, but nothing... Any suggestion? Thank you in advance.

I have a question and I hope I’m wording it right lol. We recently tried to change the water knob on our shower. Well, in doing so, my father accidentally had one of the screws snap off inside of the piece that the Knob attaches to. It’s a brass screw and there’s no way we can get this out. We asked the plumber and they said they would have to replace the entire thing and do demolition to the wall where it’s at. It leads to my kitchen, so that’s not happening. I’ve seen that there’s videos where you can manage taking screws out, but what’s the best and easiest way? They also told us we could go to Home Depot and buy a universal kit for the shower knob, and we did. Still doesn’t solve the problem because we can’t get the old piece out. Unless we are doing something wrong and bought the wrong thing? It’s now leaking where the old knob is just loosely hanging on (when we turn the water on - otherwise no other leaks).
