Does the top of the coil spring sit inline with the tab on the top mount?

Hi ,almost in the end when you lift the all break system into the shock, there is a limit that you have to push up all the way or how do i know when i would reach the right height ? Also would that be the same process for a 2015 model ? Thanks awesome video !!

Alessandro Terracciano in the back of the strut there’s a little “slit” that you have to line up with the rear of the knuckle (kind of looks like a tiny T) it should line up and it won’t let you push further :)

Thank you for the feedback! The load should be about 50% of the full, this corresponds to approximately 15-20 cm of lifting with a hydraulic jack. On the 2015 model the principle will be the same, but some nuances are different, stay tuned. Best Regards, Autodoc
is this the same for a 2010? and how do you know how far to compress the spring to put back the top part? also, how do you know the twist angle to put back the strut-- just line up the holes on top?
