Thanks so much, did both of mine the other day. The drivers door with the barrel lock is much more tricky as there is some kind of anti theft plate behind it that is difficult to get back in place.

Hi have we got the same for Ibiza mk 4? Not sure hiw to remove lock fromthe cable that connects it to the door handle pull. It's not in the handle as in mk3 but just inside the door panel and can't seen to access it

What if the screw at 2:26 is actually damaged - no head (and there is the key barrel as it's on driver's doors). Any easy way to disassemble that?

Yes it also does not show if he removed this bolt fully or just loosens? The video just skips as he's unscrewing it ?? I bet it fell in to inside of the door so they cut it out hahaha

@@selbycarsalesFor those reading this now, the bolt does not need to be completely unscrewed, just loosened to the point where moving the door handle cap does NOT cause the bolt to move. When this happens, you know the door handle cap is free The bolt will then stay in place and not fall into the door

in 2016 door is the same work? for rear door

I'm also here. And I indeed removed only two clips closest to the hinge. Remove as few as you can because they break easily.
