Did you have to use lower quarter panel (wheel arch) from hatch? If so do you think you could ( next time) do it all in one piece or was splicing it a must to make it all work? Super qurious. Would definitely like to see more detail. I keep watching video over and over again.

I have an e210 corolla hatch that I want to shave the rear handles and wrap the rear (covering the door gaps and all ) to make a two-tone 2 door instead of 4. Also planning to remove the rear seat and all the paneling and replace it with a diamond plate flooring for my Rottys lol.

Worst part about the Hatch, I literally had almost an hour of drive time on it through the week and then it just wouldn’t start

Now weld the sedan trunk on the hatch and sell it. Lol!

How did the hatch bumper line up with the quarters? Is that why you put new quarters on down low? Hatch replacements on the sedan for the bumper fitment? Doing the conversion now on a buddies car

I trimmed the bumpers itself with a cut off wheel. The quarters were replaced due to over rolled bacon effect

With the things off the sedan that you made a hatch you should make the hatch a sedan coupe it would be crazy clean

The same thing was done with my "golf" back in the day, it's a Jetta that was converted to hatch, I don't get why since they already existed but I guess when you have a rare color you decide to keep it

No but it would look terrible if it does work. I’d try the ek hatch on the eg sedan before anything but still kind of a waste considering the similarities
