In this video you can see how you can change the coolant on a Honda CR-V 2008 2.2 L i-CTDi, same instructions on all Hondas with the same engine.
If you have a receiver tank (Receiver tank, overflow tank or reservoir tank, not expansion tank), empty it too before adding new coolant to the engine and add coolant if there are marks (Max and Min), if there are no marks, do not add coolant, you can leave it empty.
Tools needed:
Torque wrench
17mm socket (Engine's coolant drain bolt, 39 NM)
12mm socket (Engine's coolant bleed bolt, 9.8 NM)
