Trabalho com caça vazamentos a 8 anos aqui no Brasil ja achei muitos vazamentos de agua decorrentes ao esquentar os canos causando trincas nos canos quando se esquenta um cano de pvc comum no futuro vai ter vazamentos pois se quebram as moléculas do material que nao se agrupam mais depois da alta temperatura falo por experiência própria.

É verdade , os tubos de PVC não devem ser submetidos ao calor , na realidade não devem ser submetidos ao fogo directo , precisamente nem todos os tubos podem ser submetidos ao calor , tal como indicas , molecularmente nem todos os tubos são fabricados com os mesmos ingredientes ( matéria prima), esses trabalhos devem ser realizados por uma pessoa qualificada e qualificada,,,, aqui mesmo no Peru existem tubos que racham e deformam quando aquecidos.... antes de qualquer reparo, vários fatores, sucesso para você e obrigado muito pelo seu comentário...

Saludos amigos - Hoy estamos cambiando una Tee de PVC , ha sido perforada y no conviene colocarle un parche . Aquí en Perú aún usamos tuberías de PVC, esta reparación es muy común y queda muy bien . La tubería se encuentra embutida en concreto y no conviene utilizar acoples de comprensión o algún otro accesorio que sea a base de empaquetaduras . Estoy Utilizando pegamento para tuberías PVC del color transparente . Muchas bendiciones para Ustedes . привет друзья - Сегодня меняем тройник ПВХ, он продырявлен и заплатку ставить не удобно. Здесь, в Перу, мы до сих пор используем трубы из ПВХ, этот ремонт очень распространен и выглядит великолепно. Здесь, в Перу, мы до сих пор используем трубы из ПВХ, этот ремонт очень распространен и выглядит великолепно. Труба заливается бетоном и не рекомендуется использовать компрессионные муфты или любые другие приспособления на основе прокладок. Я использую клей для труб из прозрачного ПВХ. Fantastic work. People don't often think about the skill required for such a seemingly simple job. I suspect the trick here is to heat the pipe just enough to make it pliable, but not so much that it collapses or kinks when trying to bend it. Very good work and thanks for sharing!

Есть же специальные насадки,которыми можно решить эту проблему.Содной стороны нагревается отверстие,с другой стороны нагревается сварочный материал,похож на макарон.

Everything looked good. Different practices of installation but all basically good. For people new to pvc- try putting the glue on the fitting first then the pipe and when you push the fitting in-give it a little twist so the glue spreads inside evenly.

Oh, you mean follow the manufacturers directions that are printed clearly in the can. If you do, you're going to need to prime everything first and apply the glue while the primer is still wet. This was a pathetic repair in every way.

Me gusta la maleabilidad de ese material para aguantar flexible el tiempo suficiente antes de pegar, más la Mano del Profesional, obvio. Un negado de los que opina por acá de seguro lo quiebra a la primera de cambio. El tema es que acá en Uruguay no se usa y no existe, hasta que yo se, PVC para alimentación de agua en esas medidas y en ese grosor. Solo se usa en desagües. Acá se usa ppl roscable ( ya antiguo ) o caños termofusionables. No nos queda más remedio que picar y usar piezas de unión. Saludos.

Saludos , muchas gracias por su comentario, aquí también en Perú, en las ciudades más frías usan La Tubería Roja le llaman , también conocida como Hidro 3 , y tiene razón, la única forma de repararla es con Uniones Universales del tipo roscado (La tubería también es roscada) ... Es cierto también que No todos los tubos de pvc son aptas para ser calentadas .... lo del video es muy usado , el pvc se usa y seguirá usando por mucho tiempo ....le agradezco por su tiempo .....Éxitos a Usted.

No soy plomero pero me doy con ese tipo de trabajos ya que soy electricista y trabajo con caños y yo hubiera calentado la Te y los caños así quitaba esa Te dañada y colocaba la otra sin necesidad de cortar y hacer el derroche de materiales del video.

Por ahorrarte 2 pesos hubieras tardado más y posiblemente hubieras arruinado la cañería teniendo que cortar de todos modos. Cuando hay una Tee lo más fácil, rápido y práctico es cortar. Alguien que arregla 10 cañerías al día (supongamos) no puede tener esos contratiempos innecesarios.

Мы используем трубы из ПВХ, мы используем клей для труб из ПВХ, и необходимо сделать расширение, оно должно сделать раструб на одном конце трубы, спасибо за комментарий.

А расширение он сам формирует на какой то форме- с феном - видно что узор на трубке деформирован, интересно конечно - но паяльником быстрее, хотя и деформаций больше

Дихлорэтан хорош тем что он не склеивает, он растворяет поверхность до жидкого состояния, далее молекулы перемешиваются, дихлорэтан испаряется и получается монолит без швов и прослоек клея

Soy enemigo de usar demasiado pegamento, , el pegamento que estoy utilizando es falsificado , es aguado y en ese momento No se puede tener control, y tratándose de una reparación- No se debe escatimar en un poquito más de pegamento...... Именно поэтому здесь, в Перу, мало сантехников, которые умеют ремонтировать ППР, из-за них многие до сих пор пользуются трубами из ПВХ, их легче ремонтировать.

Could have used pex too. Didn't know electrical conduit could be used for plumbing in Mexico. I'd probably start using primer though, it helps create a chemical reaction that melts PVC together and lasts longer than glue alone.

Todo encanador básico tem acesso a um soprasor de calor... o problema é que submeter os tubos de pvc a altas temperaturas pode causar rachaduras e vazamebtos no futuro.

Esse tipo de cola não tem aqui no país, fica a dica tigre, Amanco.

Привет, я использую трубу из ПВХ, трубу с резьбой, я также использую клей для труб из ПВХ.

Heating does not work on white sch 40 pipe which is very common here in the usa.. looks like that is sch 20 which I've never used or seen. And use primer than use glue.sand paper is not usual either.

No sé donde estás o si eres brasileiro, Pero aqui em Brasil usamos medidas em pulgadas para tuberias y conexiones roscadas. Y para tubos y conexiones soldables como se mestra em El vídeo, usamos medidas em milímetros. En este caso, 20 milímetros és El equivalente a 1/2 pulgadas. Hicieste um buen trabajo.

El tubo no es flexible, y no todos los pvc se pueden calentar , no sabría precisar si lo puede hacer con un secador de pelo, pero si puede hacer una miniantorcha y usar alcohol ,,, Yo hago eso aveces y me resulta muy bien...gracias por su comentario 👍

Tubería PVC (poli cloruró de vinilo) , Y no es flexible , es una tubería muy rígida , que sabiendo aplicar el calor preciso se puede moldear y trabajar cómodamente . Gracias por comentar ....Saludos .

It is a good option for when the pipes are installed outside the walls, in this case the pipe will be embedded inside the mortar, the sliding joints here in Peru are prohibited and cannot be used inside the concrete-mortar... thanks for commenting .

Que tipo de PVC es? Aquí el PVC es muy duro, calentándolo con pistola se quema antes de quedar asi de flexible.

La tubería que estoy utilizando también es muy dura , pero este tipo de Tubería nos permite moldearla y hacer este tipo de trabajo , incluso aquí mismo , existen tuberías que no pueden ser calentadas , pues se deforman y se agrietan fácilmente....Gracias por su comentario 👍

El ppr no se pega se hace una fusión y se ocupan para reparar unión americanas de ppr

Es correcto, el PPR no se puede unir mediante pegamento... en este caso es tuberia PVC, . Gracias por su comentario 👍

Si que existe , ya empezaré empezaré subir videos al respecto,,,, sin embargo el PPR aun no esta normado en Perú, el PVC es un material muy popular y se seguirá usando por muchos años ,, debido a nuestro sistema constructivo, el cual todas las tuberías son empotradas dentro de los muros, el PPR resulta ineficiente, muy difícil de reparar , por ello muchas empresas prefieren el PVC, que es muy bueno, yo vengo trabajando por más de 17 años y aun Brindamos mantenimiento a todos los edificios que entregamos y hasta ahora no presentan fugas en las instalaciones....

@@GasfiteriayElectricidad . Gracias por la respuesta. Soy plomero de Mar del Plata Argentina y desde hacemas de 20 años que se usa la termofusión, el pvc ya no lo usamos para nada. Los desagües los hacemos en polipropileno reciclado con encastre por o'ring, mucho mejor que el pvc.

В данном случае это труба из ПВХ, когда это труба из полипропилена, если то, что вы указываете, может быть сделано. спасибо за комментарий.

Greetings , in fact yes , generally the working pressure is between 30 and 40 PSI , and there is no major problem when carrying out this repair ... actually before carrying out a repair we must analyze many factors , the video is only an alternative , thanks for comment .

How about if the size is 4" inch PVC

Shouldn't you also be using primer before you put the glue on?

He should if that’s a waterline or a drain line . A pvc joint is a weld joint believe it or not the primer when applied properly on the end of the pipe and inside the fitting softens the plastics up creating a water tight seal the glue only holds the joint together.

If you don’t believe me then look on the back of the pvc glue or primer can it will explain the type of joint you are making using these products. Its a weld joint but instead of using electric and welding rods you are using a primer and glue .

It is totally correct, the OATEY glue is actually a solvent cement for PVC pipes, what it does is weld both pieces. Thank you for your comment .

se ve como se desliza el tubo que está según en la pared está bien la idea pero hacerlo es diferente es más complicado y mas si las tuberías son de CPVC O PVC
