    Not only is this vid very informative about the technique, but I especially like the format with a fast pace to great music in the background. The notes are very helpful to stay focused and on point through each step. No side conversations about a cat or "hey, aren't I talented! And, look how cute and witty I am". Just clear uninterrupted instruction and demonstration through each step. Thank you!

When applying the different colors and are you waiting between coats of paint to dry to get the layers Thanks , very appreciative of your talent and time

    Barbie Hoffarth ... thank you so much for your kind comment 🙏💙 Everything you mentioned in the steps is correct, I am tapping my brush while paint is moist and for each colour applied I wait for it to dry completely 😉🎨 My newer videos I talk you through the steps rather than the text box description. Thank you for watching and if you have any other questions please feel free to contact me anytime 💙

    Ok question: how were you able to add the watered down color over the whole piece... and then be able to wipe off without disturbing the layered colors you just did? How did that NOT smear what you had underneath as you wiped it off with your cloth?

  • @TheReclaimedHeirloom

    @TheReclaimedHeirloom

    4 жыл бұрын

    Angela Wallman ....the trick is to wipe right away so the water doesn’t set into the dried layers that were first applied. This way you don’t get water soaked onto the original paint base... I recommend doing your paint wash in sections so you can wipe it right away! Hope this helps 👍🏻👍🏻💙
