This video is from the workshop of Mr Abdelghani Nhari from Meknes, Morocco. He is constructing a plaster muqarnas composition, made of hundreds of triangular segments. These have to be carved with the correct profile before being assembled. He shows how it is done.

The material looks soft is it strong enough for construction buildings?

This is not regular plaster
