Only use one of the cleansers designed to be used with the Lumispa, every other cleanser isn't suitable.
Hi Kurt! I've been using the Normal treatment head with the Lumispa Dry cleanser for a weeks now but i still feel a bit of dryness and tightness after each use (i have dry and super sensitive skin). Do you think i should switch to the sensitive cleanser or the Gentle treatment head? among all the cleanser, the Dry cleanser is the richest texture, yes? Thanks for all your videos :)

I suggest the Gentle treatment head, but more importantly than that, it's what you use afterwards that matters. Generally speaking its super important for people with very dry/sensitive/dehydrated skin to follow the basic formula of cleanse, tone, serum and moisturise with products with restorative ingredients (also supplementation with a pure fish oil will help from the inside). So without knowing your age and personal details, I suggest Tru Face Priming Solution (toner), Celltrex serum and Ageloc Transforming Night cream and Optimum Omega or Marine Omega👌
Omigod! I am new-ish to LumiSpa /´(love it) but I have been storing my device between use in the charger holder. (Not plugged in of course.) Is this wrong? It seemed the most logical and safest way to store it. You have one standing in the holder in the shelf behind you. I thought this was the way to keep it safe during the day between uses. What's a girl to to?!

If it's totally dry and in a moisture free space, yes that's a great way to store it👌 If it's in the bathroom and it gets condensation quite often, it could be better to store somewhere else, or place a cotton pad in the charger holder before placing the Lumispa into it. This is a little hack one of my team shared, to ensure the charging points are always dry👌

Hi! You mentioned that that if you use the boost for more than the programmed time, it would irritate your skin. I was wondering if that applied to the Lumispa aswell. I use it for two minutes on each side. Is that okay? Thank you

Yes the same concept applies for the Lumispa. However I know of a few people who do what you do, so it's a personal thing that depends on your skin.
