I really just love how muffin decided this was her moment in the spotlight!
Muffin appearance! Love her, she’s so sweet.
Muffin for the win. Such a beautiful cat.
Mine grows so fast and all the new growth comes in a gorgeous shade of pink! It’s my current favorite. I keep mine outside in a small terracotta pot.
YAY to a Muffin appearance!!! 💚😻💚
Oh Muffin 🤣🤣🤣
I bought an 8” basket of one on clearance cuz it had been over watered. I changed the soil and hung it in the skylight. Within a years time it had tripled in thickness and I could no longer see the soil. So I agree with you nick, lots of light! Mine was getting direct sun for parts of the day so it was pinkish in color and of course grew fast. Much like my ruscifolia is doing now.
My cat does the same! He keeps parading himself in front of the camera during my zoom meetings. 😅
when I first bought mine, I was scared to bring it in my low humidity house... so I hung it on a branch outside and let nature take course. Rainwater, lots of humidity, south facing morning and evening light... it grew super-fast!!
I am still on the hunt for the Geri! Thanks for doing this! Love Dischidia so much
Nick being cute, a beautiful dischidia, and Muffin making a guest appearance 💚 My day is complete!
Love your pet. I love Black Cats
So cool that Dischidia is getting more love! I have two that are growing very well about five feet away from a south facing window in a higher humidity environment, and I have two cuttings that have started growing very nicely after about 4 months in a low humidity environment about two feet away from a west facing window. I similarly have found they are pretty tolerant of completely drying between waterings.
Hi Nick! I'm glad you left the part in with Muffin's sudden appearance. That was too funny! I hope to find a Dischidia some day. Thank you so much for sharing!
I picked up a dischidia geri at the Depot earlier this year, and I'm absolutely in love! Though a few of the branches have just tumbled off. Not individual leaves, branches. I'll focus on misting them more (I tend to forget to water them!) And hello Muffin! 💗💗💗
I am not really a fan of this plant but I purchased one for the collection. I am hanging it outside my window and it gets bright indirect light throughout the day and water it just once a week. It's going crazy as it grows in all directions, choking some of its neighbors. So I tied them all down together, adding the new growth every now and then. I think LIGHT is the main growth enhancer. Thanks for this episode, Nick!
I love your videos so much, you answer so many of my questions. Plus, Muffin reminds me of my late heart cat. Muffin is wonderful and a half ❤
You are just to cute and funny! You probably startled Miffin also! LOL
I have one for a year and had only 5 new leaves 😂
I learned the hard way, dischodia do not appreciate self watering pots. Then you taught me she needs more light! Thanks 👍
You are such a nice person ..you love your beautiful cat
Hey Nick! I've been watching your vids for a few months and just wanted to say I love your taste in plants and planters and I love your content! Would love some close up shots of plants sometimes but that is just me. Keep up the amazing work!
That’s a lovely specimen! I’ll have to look for that one when I’m shopping for plants I have two other dischidia‘s, but that one is a must have! Thanks Nick!
It's gorgeous!!
this is one of my favorite video just because of Muffin demanding attention lol
Lmao cats love creeping up
Que lindo y travieso es Muffin.
Muffin! So cute
Interesting...cause mine grows super fast, I have to cut back every week
Would you ever put this in a vanda basket or mount it?
Muffin stealing the show!
Nick, Regarding lots of light for hoya, I have two teeny tiny new hoya…Bella and Mathilde. I keep hearing not to give them bright light. Currently they are in a very very bright room that is lit by a very large set of western facing Arcadia doors. They are set well back but the light is highly reflective around the whole room. Would that be enough? I have windows that face every direction so I can easily move them…
😂 Muffin!! 🐈💀
Have you tried foliar feeding?
💚🌿
Muffin stole the video! 🤣😂
Keep kitty away!! Highly toxic
