Thank you for guiding me on what to expect ending our Comcast service. In total absolute abuse, from Comcasts supervisors and repeated promises to get a linesman , truck with a bucket lift to the top of the pole next to the house to replace a antiquated part...I am leaving out of utter disgust. They should compensate us for the last year of relentless internet connection failure. The phone, TV, and internet always dropping dozens of times daily. I would never recommend Comcast to anyone. It will be nice to put all of this behind soon. Thanks again !

I left cable 10 months ago, best decision ever. I just pay for internet service so that I can use Roku. I am saving over $120 dollars per month.

I suggest you check the area where you live for phone service options. In my area, we have AT&T, Century Link. That is another bill and it has nothing to do with cable.

I have 2 accounts with Spectrum on the same property, I need the front house account but the rear house account I shouldn't have to have. Front house account is $180, the rear house is $160.00 for a total of $340. per month for the past 3 years now. I need to cancel my account for the rear house, downsize the account for the front house, hopefully I can boost the wifi signal from the front house to reach the rear house and leave it at that. What do you think, can I do it?

Comcast won’t provide internet svc w/o $200 of unwanted, unsolicited services. Their greed and hubris has been astounding. I’m returning the new modem, the old modem, and the unopened tv equipment to a brick n mortar tomorrow, and cancelling it all from there so that if the company gives me any hassles, I can pass the phone to a representative who can put their hands on their hips if necessary. people need to get with the times. just get a fire stick and add Kodi and watch any movie for free. plenty of KZread videos on how to install its easy

Kripes! Remember you loose your email and email address too if you quit. I haven't quit yet, but Rogers locked me out of my email and not my tv/internet service. Me a 76 year old shut in requiring email contact for banking,doctors,family etc ...and they've locked my email account over a dispute. I can't sign-in to quit or view bill as it reqires my email address...catch 22.

If you cancel Xfinity cable TV you need to physically go to a Xfinity store that way you can get the physical receipt

Break all those principles into five major parts that's easier to do the process of canceling cable TV service to cancel vintage cable first you got to call them you got to ask them to return the cable tuner you drop it off at there office or have some technician pick it up or you can ship it down to another Shipping Company then they can ship it to the cable company

I'm canceling cable because I signed up for Verizon, which allows me to use the airwaves instead of having to share my cable with all my Neighbors, which drastically reduces my speed. It costs a whole lot less too.

This videos some funny BS for people with spectrum or rectrum cable since they will not lower the bill once the promo's are gone. we dumped em for fiber and asre saving 40.00 a month for better service. new provider has a 3 year price lock to on internets.
