Please NOTE that bone in and boneless chicken have DIFFERENT processing times. Please check the USDA guidelines before home canning any product. Be safe. I have been canning for years and still make it a practice to double check. Don't take any ones word. Research yourself. Thanks for watching my video and I enjoy all your comments. I am having so much fun. Welcome.

Thanks for the canning inspiration. I just finished canning chicken as well. Thank ForJars for Sponsoring Canuary 2023.

Hurray for bone-in chicken thighs...my favorite meat protein! I’m so glad you showed how to make this shelf stable, and save us all that freezer space. How simple. How easy. How beautiful. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
