Always Tears Comes From My eyes when i listen these pure things..It hits just core of my heart..May these things has been taught during school days then i would have been never gone to depression in life..I urge every parents to show these pearls to their children unlike mine and many others..Omm Shanti..

We need to inculcate a best sleep time approach.. 1. Eat dinner by 7pm.. 2. Disconnect with Gadgets by 8pm 3.Sleep by 9 pm.. 4. Then we are ready to wakeup early 5. First 4 points will make ue to wakeup early to start our day in brahma muhurtha..and that setsup everything...

I listen to one of these videos almost everyday during my morning walks. Implementation will be 100% eventually, I am sure. Realistically, it isn't so simple but I am trying my best.

This is a very good lesson for my life wer I found answer in my life . My child had gone through neglegence at birth time with several stiches on head leaving a scar on head . I tried to sue the hospital but they r not accepting the mistake. But in this procedure I went into depression. Problems with my relationship, with my child .luckily I have met a good doctor which helped me to come out of depression. I thank God . But after getting well I have got an answer I should forgive the hospital .leave the case which has given me inner peace .I am so much happy now .I dont want to go in this mess again now
