Sometime when my period starts , the first day can be spotting then the next day , it starts To bleed. So when I’m counting should I include the spotted day as day 1? Also when you finish for the last day , spotting also comes, should that be counted as well? Thank you as you reply doctor

Good morning Doctor, I understood your lectures very well. But I just want to completely understand with confident in practicing what you've just said. If my wife menstruation starts on the 12 day of the normal calendar, does that mean ovulation would occur on the 26th day of the calendar? If not so, then when would be her ovulation day because she started menstruating on the 12 day of the calendar month? So informative However, If the egg is released on the 14th day and only stays for 24hours, that means the Unsafe days will be up to 15th day. Unsafe days 9th to 15th date. I don't understand why it should be up to 16th, since egg stays only for 24hrs However I understand that it could also sometimes be released on the 15th or 16th day so that will make the Unsafe days to be extended by one more day(24hrs) to 18th.. What I would also wish to understand is, How will you know as a woman that the egg has been released? What are the signs? Thank you Dr.

Hi doctor. I normally go 5 days of my period cycle. Started my period on Monday the 29th of March 2021, 2 days into my period I had unprotected sex on the 30th,Tuesday. Looking at the day you had yr periods and the day you had sex, its unlikely that you are pregnant. You had sex on a safe day. But to be very sure you need to carry out a pregnancy test to confirm

Hello doctor and thank you for this lesson very helpful. I used to have a 28 days cycle but after my first child it changed. When I started having my period after postpartum my cycle was 34 days now it down to 30 and 29 days. Sometimes it’s 30 days or 29. Assalaam alaykum warahmatullah wabarakatuh Dr. I and my wife would like to have a child. Her cycle is usually 27 days tho occasionally it is 25. She had her periods on 21st May and as such her fertile days were around 1st June to 6th June. We made so much love during this time,actually earlier than 1st,from 27th May . She missed her periods which were supposed to between 14th - 16th June. We happily thought she had conceived,but today 27th June she has seen her periods again,almost 37 days after her last periods!! Doctor, what could the problem be. I have for the last two years been following her cycle and it's regularly 27 days . Only twice has she had a 30 day cycle.

In your previous video while calculating for safe days ,ovulation day and fertile days ..you used these numbers 18,4 and 5 ( Length of cycle - 8), (Fertility day + 4) and (Ovulation day + 5)...please I want to know why you use them cos you have been using them in all the calculations. Does that mean those numbers are constant?
