So I am confused ki mene uspe invest kiya and property price is more than £ 450000 hui then wat shud I do ?? Or is it helpful for me to invest on lifetime ISA So I. Need ur help in it !! You will have to pay stamp duty in UK if you have your first house in India.
Gaurav bhai Thank you for the video! Mujhe ye puchhna tha ki agar mein Jan 2025 me UK aata hoon to mujhe 2 saal tak wait karna hee padega ki mein turant le sakta hoon? I mean 6-7 months me credit score build up karne k baad can I purchase a house in UK?

if you can put 25-30% deposit then may be you can take it in 6 months.. banks won’t give mortgage otherwise.. if you have cash then buy anytime

you can do your own calculations.. we don’t know your finances.. this is just to give you idea don’t rely on spoon-feeding 👍🏻
Another option: Keep putting £4000 yearly in ISA + Invest the rest on ur savings in Gold ETF...and pay your house full in cash after 8yrs!😅
