    The car is not only "Similar" its almost the same,except that yours has a navigation unit,and the parts car only has the standard radio,also,i suggest switching the seats,because the ones on the parts car are in better condition,and you should take off the wheels off the parts car,and keep them as winter wheels...

    Hey Chris, I'm actually getting my own parts car today! I just wanted to thank you for the content you create, and giving me the confidence to work on stuff myself. From starting to small with cleaning my windshield and fixing cracks in it, then gaining confidence and doing an entire brake job, to now buying a whole parts car for my daily driver! I've made plenty of mistakes along the way, but I've truly enjoyed every moment of the journey so far. I have always loved cars, and I have you to thank for inspiring me to work on them myself. I am truly grateful, and look forward to whatever you have planned next for your channel.

    In our food delivery business we have parts trucks and vans sitting out back for all of our active vehicles . Besides parts they are good to practice on. I recently had to replace the valve seals (with the heads on) on our active 2003 Dodge Caravan. I practiced the whole job on the old 2001 Caravan sitting out back to make sure I could do it correctly without any snags. I also took the old rocker covers from the 2001 and cleaned them prior to the job so I could just throw them on the 2003 after doing the valve seals. It saved time and got the job done faster. I also needed a few small parts so I just ran out back and got them off the old one.

    You can certainly make good money if you know what to pick and where to sell, until the tax man catches on anyway.

  • 7 жыл бұрын

    The problem is - especially when you are in Europe: How to get rid of the stuff you can't sell (like the chassis)? Cutting everything apart, melting it and selling metal bars might be an idea. ^^

  • @All2Skitzd

    @All2Skitzd

    7 жыл бұрын

    kilésengati You just cut the chassis up and sell it as scrap metal. Before cutting it try to sell it as clips, where like if someone has a unibody that gets smashed up in front the clip the front end off and weld one from another car or if its gets smash in the rear corner they just weld the rear corner on.
