I myself am being a bit biased as I am looking for info so I can purchase a moped more second hand because unfortunately for me I don't have enough money for a new one let alone one rn so my best bet would be to fix up a moped. This video helped open my avenue of what I need to do on site, I greatly appreciate it. I hope one day to purchase a bike from your shop, or to come visit soon. Thank you for responding :)

Watching this stuff takes me back over 40 years when I was one of the Pioneer moped maniacs of the 1970s in London...fs1es,ss50s,ap50s,gileras...the world was my lobster...it's great to see today's youngsters having the same sort of daft wild fun that only a moped can bring

Educational videos like these are remarkable. I think most people will greatly appreciate to see a video of you moped veterans opinion explaining how to take care of a moped to make it last a long time.

We have a lot more education type stuff on our other channel @tomosamerica we create for both channels... we keep the vlog type stuff here tho

This is the way me and my friend group has bought about 8 mopeds so far. Just bringing a few tools and if you don't get it running it's a few hour walk if you do it's about an hour drive absolutely love that feeling of getting it running for the first time

Mopeds rule man. I have 3 in mine garage. Driving on a summer day with family and friends is so relaxing. 2 Sparta's 1 2speed and 1 3speed. And 1 Zundapp 529. If parts are hard to find you should look in the Netherlands. Lots of moped website's.

I have his and her moppeds in NJ Peugeot TSM and 1O3 . Loads of fun. Got them in Va where we actually got tickets for no registration.

Moped Problems The TSM is a white top tank. Stripped down and made to look more motocross like the TSE was back in the day. Knobby tires, electronic ignition and delorto 15 mm carb. Stock and reliable is for me. The wife rides the 103. Step through because she is too short for a top tank. Painted green like the old 103SP. Got it set up the same way engine wise.

Pedalling one of these home is only slightly faster than walking. Always loved these little things but parts for most of them are not available at all. Some things available for Puchs, Vespas, and lots for VeloSolexes. I gave away my Batavia because the special primary belt for the M56 engine broke and none are available anywhere. What they sell online don't fit.

Hi man. I’m almost 16 and I am looking to buy a good trustworthy moped that’s 50cc. I don’t wanna spend more than like 700 and I want a used one. What model would you recommend. I want a 4 stroke one

Hey James! If $700 is your budget, a used bike will have to do (don’t buy a brand new $700 bike, there are various brands that offer this and they are problematic and poor quality). If its 4 Stroke your looking for most affordable scooters are 4 Stroke. Find a used Bintelli.

Keep a welders tourch tip cleaner in your tool kit as well, there around $5 and are EXCELLENT for carb jet cleaning :-) and in most cases has a cheap built in file to help with heavy build up on the jet :-/

Why don't you come to asia? We have bazillion tons of modern mopeds with top speed up to 70 mph and are freeway worthy. You can take a look at the Yamaha 150cc mopeds or the Honda 150cc ones. Mopeds are everyday life here.

@@MopedProblems Ah. I see now. I just bought a peugeot 103lvs that i hope i can bring back too life. The biggest problem is that the tank is rusted and it has a couple of holes and i am not sure if they can be repaired. They are not big holes so maybe i canfix them with jb weld but dont know if it would hold against the fuel.

Love watching this kinda silly shit. Mopeds!
