Good video brother. Mention if 4.5x times is, before or after tax. A credit card is not mandatory as you said. But having a credit card and maintaining a regular usage between 1 to 25% will increase your credit rating massively. Which increases the lender counts available to provide a mortgage to us which is better than usual.

In India, Mortgages rates are climbing upto 12-14 %, For Corporate employees it is around 9-12 %. 5 % in UK is moderately cheaper, Can you give little bit idea what was the rental yield we can expect on this.
