Hi! I also purchased a car from a person he is not the real owner, But the ID card photocopy of real owner is attached in file ? What can I do in this case ? I don’t know him personally. It was our first car and we didn’t knew much about it, Now the seller is not cooperating with me to contact real owner. I am so worried

I think that is good enough, as long as you have biometrics of that person. If you do not have biometrics then maybe try going to his address using the ID card and then request him for biometrics

I think ho jati hay based on car papers but not 100% sure. Excise and Taxation department call kar k check kar lein

@@abdulsamimazhar8361 yes car purchase kartay waqt bhi nahi zaroori hota tau I would imagine k this transfer should be the same lekin best to go to your Karachi office and wahan aap bahar agents se confirm kar saktay hain

aaj kal smart card contains all the information...aap Excise and taxation office jayain tau wahan agent aap ki help kar sakta hay in saving time and filling all the forms...

One more question plz. I have bought the car and owner’s smart card is in printing and its taking too much time so he is saying k ap challan pay kren me apko biometric de deta hota to transfer ho jae gi smart card k begair b cz excise walon k pas a jae ga k card printing me hai to wo cancel kr dein aur biometric pe transfer kr k apka card bana deinge. Is it true ?? Card printing me ho to buometric agr seller de de to ho jati transfer ??
