How to BUILD your Glutes and Legs in less than 5 minutes.

Glute Focused Leg Days included when you enter your email: www.randumb-fitness.com/onlybars

Experimenting with a less edited style so the video isn't as overwhelming as usual. This is a shorter video anyways.
This one's for the ladies or dudes who chronically skip legs :(
No hate for Chloe! She also covers weight loss, but I'm specifically talking about building muscle in your butt and legs in this video!
The workouts are kept simple to make it easier for you guys to stick to.
I only provide stuff to grow your legs and glutes, but you can easily add some upper body stuff at the end of each workout or on different days!

    Fun fact chicken legs have a ton of meat on them. The skinny legs we think of them having are actually their feet!

    A good simple video! Personally I was following Chloe Ting workouts for about 4-5 months before I realized I wasn't growing and it was time to use heavier weights. But it was great for building up stamina as a beginner who never exercised regularly before. Anyway, I like your A and B day workout split suggestion. Sometimes I struggle to fit in 6-7 exercises in a single gym session, but this may help me out :)

    Friendly tip to those doing RDLs: I had the hardest time feeling it in my glutes/hammys and recently made a change to instead of using a bar now using dumbbells held in hand with lifting straps and also doing this whilst standing at a smith machine. Lower the smith machine bar to be under ur hips but above the knee, then press against it whilst standing up straight and bending over. It works for me may work for others :) get those gains spartans

    Hey man, i only have access to kettlebells at the moment. I think heaviest my gym has is 59 lbs. Ive never really squated much but i can put out about 10 with that weight. Will that be enough to at least get started. Looking to get a regular gym memebership once some more money comes in after the holidays.

    How long did it take you to to reach a 405 Squat AND 225 Bench? What was your protocol in achieving both of these? Did you use upper/lower to get there?

  • @randumbfitness

    @randumbfitness

    About a year, my protocal was just a simple linear progression adding 5 lbs a week. Well that worked until I got a 185 bench and a 315 squat. After that I started periodizing my squat linear progression and waving the intensity of each session, dialing technique etc. i could go over specifics in a future video. For bench I just found a 3x a week powerifting program for it that I stuck to but I eventually plataued due to fatigue accumulating so now I bench 2x a week. I dont exactly use an upper lower split since I like training legs every day i workout. But my split if you rerange exercises a little bit can be turned into an upper lower split. I do squat and bench 2 times a week, second day is variations. And I deadlift 2 times a week on the other 2 days with the second being a deadlift variation aswell. And Every day I train back with 1-2 exercises, and I hit some upper body volume like push, pull, shoulders, or arm muscles. Thats about it

    Hi, I currently do bulgarian split squats, rdls (both glute focused) and hip abduction on my leg days. I train legs twice a week, should I add hip thrust or would 4 exercises twice a week be too much?

  • @ivaid505

    @ivaid505

    If your split squats are flute focused then 3 exercises is already quite a bit, you can do 4 exercises on leg day twice a week but focusing on different muscle groups (1-3 for quads 1-3 for hamstrings, glutes ect. Also depends on overall volume, if you’re doing 4 sets each exercise 3 different hamstring exercises is probably to much where as you can implement more variety of exercise selection if you do less sets. Hope that helps.

    is this JUST for glutes growth? Or is this all I need for lower body? If this is all for lower you should make a video like this for upper!! I wanna make a split like upper lower upper lower arms but its so cunfusing and I have no idea what to do ://

    Hey, great video bro. I have a question, i train legs 2 times a week, 1st day is heavy squat, walking lunges, romanian deadlift and hip thrust and some other accesory, while on the 2nd training i do everything ATG, since i do 2nd legs after back day doing deadlifts, so my 2nd leg day consists of not so hard on the lower back but mostly full range of motion ATG variation as seen in the knees over toes guy. Is it good or should i go hard similar to the 1st leg day? I would love to hear ur feedback.

    Instead of going all the way into the cake, remove abductions and hip thrusts and add in leg curls and extensions for bigger stumps and using the leg press machine work on your calves too.
