Thank You! You just answered a huge question that stalled my launch over the past 2 months! I'm going to launch myself and bring others on board after $100k... My audience is at 43k members and I did that by myself and I was having a problem with launching because I was thinking I needed an entire team behind me right now but I know I can do what I need to do myself until I reach $100k with the business. I wasnt focused on money after the first $40k, I just wanted to develop the business so I stopped focusing on making money and focused on providing an experience Thanks again!

Not yet -😅, but in essence, the idea is the same: the founding team needs to have all these skills, rather than expecting to hiring them from third parties.

Got it but the bit question, where can i find tech and design and marketing co-founder that is not already and employer and is free to join a startup project? On Facebook? On meetings? On incubators? Where???

If the whole idea and execution plan is one person's share and at the stage of execution he/she is looking for a co-founder because as you said everything cannot be done by one, then is it fair for his/her involvement all this time alone and splitting the shares with someone at the later stages ? I hope you get the question right.

  • @makemoregivemore

Here's the deal, my friend. A co-founder is someone who's there from the start, pouring their heart and soul into the vision, often sharing in the risk and reward. They're like the architects of the dream. Now, a core team member, they're vital too, but they usually join a bit later. They bring their skills and dedication to help build upon the foundation laid by the founders. Think of them as the builders who come in to make the dream a reality.
