I will make a pt 2 about space ect.... I don’t want my tutorials to be 20 min long.

I was wondering about that lol. When I built my woop section I built them to close.

Thanks Johnny, 20 minutes is fine for tutorials for this kind of thing. When you do part 2, are you able to comment on approximate angles and heights, possibly for other jumps as well, not just whoops.

This is awesome! Thanks for these tips!
More vids like this. The progression of supercross track styles from the late 80's to now is so intriguing. Does anyone remember Cox's Ghastly Gorge? (Anaheim)
Are you running that thing in an h pattern? That brings back bad memories of running old cable John Deere’s that made my forearms into iron lol awesome video btw keep them coming I’m going to build a track for my kids and I on my property and all this is so helpful
That free flow bucket button was satisfying to watch
So fucking proud of you hitting 10K subscribers man. Love it man. Some quality hard work. I'm not beast enough to rip SX whoops yet but I've always wondered how the hell people can make them look so professional. Now I know. Good shit and keep it up! On to the next 10K!
NOVA!! Haha My Nova always dips when Im working.
Congrats on the 10k of subscribers ,your channel is growing fast ,good job Johnny .
9.9 k bro almost there!!!!!
Oh your a machine operator too 😏
I'm such a dork. I could watch a video of you building an entire SX track.
even tho i already know how to do all of that and made 2 tracks its soo satisfying watching people make jumps and trails
You make it look so easy man
Bro we know its mounds of dirt, but how far spaced apart? And probably 80% of us dont have skiddys, we just have our bike and a little area in the backyard, so we’d be using shovels... I’m in the process of building my owns backyard, (well I started it last year and....) anyway i think I have a vid on my channel of me riding it... back to the whoops, i figure the easiest way would be to space out and dig long ruts (the middle) and they’d be whoop-like? Spacing would help a lot...

Rent a skiddy
JH, can you tell me the proper amount of distance in feet between each whoop? And perhaps how many whoops in a row for a novice learning whoops? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide

I had the same question.
Where in Colorado are you
What part of colorado do you live in?
Never understand why people run half throttle... These machines are designed to run WOT. It's actually harder on the machine to have it lugging all the time. Besides that, awesome video!

The machine is more sensitive while wide open. I could understand being half throttle while building the whoops but for the digging, it made no sense to not be wide open.

@@MichaelAMyers1957 u get used to it lol, its like how pro COD players play on the highest sensitivity and are still accurate. In some cat skids if u rev it up all the way it actually turns the pedal into a deceleration pedal so u can rev down if ur doing something finicky

@@lukeknight2247 I'm use to running a John deere 320E. For digging an stuff like that, I'm wide open. But once it comes to loading up trucks, I have to idle it down a bit. I have plate an screws in my left ankle from a silly moto crash, which makes it a bit difficult for me to properly use the left foot peddle to raise the arms/bucket. I actually have use my toes sometimes to press down on the bottom half of the peddle instead of using the heel of my foot. So for me, its smoother and easier to just idle it down a bit so I don't make a mess. Now granted I could just use a hand control machine, so I don't have to worry about left foot peddle probz, but I don't like hand control machines.

@@MichaelAMyers1957 this is funny. I have plates and screws in my left ankle too. I have to put a 2x4 block under my heel so I can press back on pedal. So annoying. My injury or snowboarding

@@EarthSurferUSA they are talking about the skid steer. I doubt he put a cr500 motor in the skiddie
0:33 I thought you were on a huge cliff and those pieces of green looked like trees
Try digging in the Arizona desert there’s more rocks than dirt in the ground
How far apart are each whoop supposed to be. Sx whoops
Pro rider, pro track builder, workout pro.....what the hell dont you do bro.... I need you to come build my track in south Florida....lol ✊👊💯 great video bro!!!! IG joseph___psl717

next time i am out at my track i will make one buddy
Your dirt is beautiful to work with. Try working with northeast Ohio yellow clay that is often sticky wet or when too dry it makes big hard as rock chunks. (It is very costly to get a lot of decent topsoil to add). When a nice finished track is throughly made on this soil it is a treat though. When it's not too wet that is. Nice video and thank you!
all i heard was demonic screeching coming from the tractor
nice job bro. you got skills!! maybe a new career opportunity?? “Hoppers MX Trackscaping LLC”
