For me, stoicism is a natural choice, because I have nothing else to choose from. seriously! I have the impression that my catalog of reactions is limited to stoicism. I got it by making mistakes and learning from them. this approach can go into sysrem and become a part of life. In fact, stoicism is like the Bodhisattva Way in Buddhism 😊 You can learn it through the experience of life, If you process this experience. You can also learn it from others. it is worth trying 😊🙏

Thanks for defining the concept of stoicism so nicely. Moderation or balance in life is the key to fulfilment and joy of everyday existence. Taking care of nature's bounty, living responsibly toward family's and society's welfare will enrich life and ensure happiness. Do not become a slave of greed and drugs...

Personally I think the hardest test to pass and reach the real happiness are advices. Advices tell you in a tricky way to enjoy your life, when you understand that those tips are temporal happiness and not the real one, is when you start the journey to reach the real happiness everyone talks about but 99% never understand.

I understand where you're coming from. But the thing is if we are practising detachment, it should affect both the good and bad. Let's be honest here, the decisions we make when we're happy have also backfired. So when considering these points, I've felt that detachment should be practiced in every situation, so that we can keep a clear head at all times

Detachment is works in a similar way to the Limbic system inside our brains It can help you bounce back from sadness and it will hit you down to your normal state, it’s good and bad, but if we asses the ups and downs of detachment, it is certainly better than any mother way to take right decisions

God I wish I could be like this. I’m trying so hard but I keep fucking faltering. I’m so frustrated. I feel so weak because I can’t do it. I keep watching videos and feel like a hypocrite when I dont apply them properly. My life is giving me many challenges right now and if I don’t get this right I feel like it may be my downfall. I hope anyone going through what I am gets through it as well, and that we both have better outlooks in due time. God willing we all make it out of this shit economy going on right now. Everyone in my market is hurting. Bad too. Some folk packing bags after being in business 20+ years. They’re still healthy and producing, there’s just no work. Stuff was already slow to pop off the year, now it’s just ground to a halt. Sorry if I said too much. I’ll try to keep applying these principles, I know they will better my life. Thanks for this video brother.
