Seek Pain, Not Pleasure - Miyamoto Musashi

Nowadays, we've become accustomed to the relentless pursuit of comfort and pleasure, often neglecting the transformative power that can be found in pain and discomfort.
We instinctively avoid anything that causes us to struggle, believing it will hinder our progress and growth.
The life and teachings of Miyamoto Musashi, the legendary Japanese swordsman and ronin, offer a contrasting philosophy - one that embraces hardship as a catalyst for growth.
In this video we'll explore how to use the power of pain and discomfort in order to reach our goals in life.

As a man, I agree - As a father, I am devestated. Although the dark times made and still make me, who I am, the thought of my kids going through similar pain, kills me. I hope, I can give them the strength and the room to keep in touch with their inner child and true self, that, no matter what pain comes along, they don‘t feel lost. As always, great video!❤🙏🏽
