How to build a walnut herringbone dining table

This is a step by step video to show how to build a solid herringbone walnut table.
The process to build this table is fairly different than the one you would use for a pine Herringbone table that is glued and pinned to a sheet of plywood.
Instead, this is a full thickness herringbone table with each board glued together.
This walnut dining table was built in multiples days to allow for best clamping performance between each board.

Really liked your work and in such a short format!! Condensed but not rushed, pretty nice. The only thing that bothered me was that your voiceover was too low, maybe if you can increase while editing would be better

Thank you Marcus!! I’m still learning to edit and do the voiceover but I invested in a little camera with a better mic. It should hopefully give a better quality audio. I have been recording with my phone until a couple of weeks ago in vertical but should now have horizontal video coming up.
Where did you get your dowel jig? I’ve been looking for a quality jig to do dowel joinery

This one is the dowel jig from jessem. Its of great quality and very accurate. It’s a bit pricey (200$) but I use it all the time so no regret.
