How to Build a Modern Secret Underground Base - 1
Mr.Heang Update: I am from United States of America (USA). In this video I'm going to show you about how to build a modern underground base with very simple tools and primitive skill !
This underground base I been working very hard with my friend for 19days in a small jungle of South America, we did only two people my friend (camera man) and me (project planner).
Underground Base Dimension: Depth 2.9m , width 5.6m, height 4.5m
I knew the most of visitor they hard to believe but it real 100% by hand made with tools in video !

How you eat reflects on how your body looks more than working out. Working your body just tones it. Since he isn't huge and muscular, he obviously doesn't eat a lot of protein.

Not all people get "ripped" like you see in shows and magazines. What you see in media isn't reality. They show people with muscles bulging and fine lines between them. That's all for show, you only get that way when you dehydrate yourself for a 24 hour period usually. It's for photoshoots and things of that nature. This guy is actually in amazing shape, has large muscles, isn't dehydrated, doesn't have much body fat. He's probably just as if not more ripped than those dudes you see in magazines. Also different races of people are bigger or smaller than others, this guy is clearly asian and they tend to be pretty small in height and strength.

saroja m you realise he gets machines to help him dig a hole and be rid of every stone, then piles all the dirt back in so it is easy to dig. He would have come across many stones if not. So he actually uses them but then does this aswell

I wonder what the viability of such a shelter would be over time? As someone else mentioned, would it hold up through the rainy season? Are snakes, insects, etc... a problem? I would absolutely love to see a video about the long term employment of one of these shelters. This is fascinating to me.

Lol that's exactly what I was thinking he's got so many of these things built around where he lives he could have a whole city of these things but they're probably destroyed after the first big rain or something like that I would actually like to see him do one part of this structures that he does like maybe even the doorway without it being time elapsed so we could see all of how he details these things
