I start shaking after a double pre-workout, thought i was dying
The collaboration we’ve been waiting for has finally happened. Really loved the intro of the video, it was hilarious! The video is quite well structured and informative as always and it’s so awesome to see you and Dr. Mike discussing the overhead press. Dr. Mike is immensely strong. It’s truly amazing. It’s absolutely phenomenal to see him give this complete and comprehensive guide on the overhead press. His OHP is one of the most impressive and strongest I’ve ever seen. Thanks for sharing this fantastic video with us! It’s highly appreciated. I’m deeply grateful to you and Dr. Mike for always providing such great and helpful videos and making them super interesting and entertaining thoroughly from start to finish. Outstanding work! 🙏
Dr Mike is a monster at OHP (and so is Omar), gonna implement these tips. Just started training OHP again - best OHP video I've seen
Monsieur Mike was way funnier than expected 😂🚬👨
This passion in this video from both of you makes me smile, good shit
That was awesome. The interludes and the insights.
Omar and Dr Mike rock this like no others. Please do more as your combined characters and experience are unmatched
I’m currently OHP’ing 80lbs and it’s a slow climb but rewarding.

@@TheDarthsteve316 that’s great my bro good for you. I’m now doing pyramids in OHP and did 95 two reps and felt pretty beastly. Slow grinding over here.

@@zachgoestoeuroThat's dope bro, I'm about as strong as you. My best OHP set was 50kg x 4, so like 110lbs? I haven't done it in a while since I've been working with dumbbells and machines a lot lately, but your comment inspired me to get after it when I do my next push session 💪

Excellent, great to see this talk.
This collab is on fire! My OHP will always be better than my bench press, keep up the good work.
Just started with my OHP block and this video couldn't be in a better time! did 90kg x4 yesterday and I'm aiming for a 1,2 x bw strict press (OHP)! thanks Dr Mike and Omar!

Holy crap 90kg for reps? Man you must be a fucking tank!
This is probably the best thing I’m going to see for the rest of 2023. Thank you so much for making me laugh so much that my belly hurts.
Love to see these collabs!
Solid video! Love the OHP.
Absolutely loved the video!
Loool, this video was a work of art, man! Absolutely legendary video!
Cameraman pro tip: when they're taking about the lifting stance, it really helps if you can point the camera at their feet. (The camera's that metal box thingy in your hands.)
Such a beautiful video, didn't know any of these guys but they're both cool and Mike is definitely a master at ohp. Definitely one of my top 3 favorite exercises, agreed on the soul lift part
Excellent content. Dr. Mike knows exactly how to keep us captivating. MUST WATCH
9:10 Omar I see you cheesin' when Dr Mike says your form is excellent haha
This collab made me happy today :3 Carry on!
Absolutely gem and hilarious also - as everything with Mike lol
My absolute favourite exercise! Will use these tips for sure!
really good video Omar keep it up. Dr Mike is the man
Dr. Mike is a treasure thanks for this valuable lesson
This collab omg. I wish we could have this live action day dream of every inappropriate tangent Dr. Mike has in each of his videos. Great job to you both for this comedic gold
Thanks for this video and colab Omar. I learned some new things about my favorite exercise. OHP for the win.
I have lifted a long time but only recently started OHP and I'm absolutely loving it. Those huge OHPs are inspiring, I cant wait to find out what i can do once i get the technique cold.

I love the overhead press. Perfect exercise for upper body strength and development.
Amazing video man
Great video Omar/Mike
9:40 this is facts. I improved my OHP by 30 lbs last year from 185 to 215 (my bw changed from 182 to 192) mostly by just consistently pressing and naturally letting my body get more efficient at it.
fantastic, useful video. thanks
Overhead press is king! I will continue to keep an eye on my technique.
Great points. I see many in the gym not pushing back and up.
OOOOHHHHHHHHH THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED.
Just beautiful
Dr Mike smoking a cigarette with a French accent has me rolling.
A great tutorial and an even funnier video 😂 On another note, would love to see you do an RP workout with Mike on his channel!
This video is fantastic
Best tutorial on the overhead press i have ever seen.. Should of made a even longer video
Woot, thanks for the image credit! (Happy to give you the illustration files, by the way. They're all vector. Might make things easier.)
Very educational... and those flashback scenes: hilarious!
Love Dr. Mike
Amazing video!!!
This was amazing love the collaboration and the balance of humor and information. Great intro!
The two funniest guys in fitness 😂 The video I didn't know I needed
This is art 🖼️
Dr Mike and Omar are the duo we need but don't deserve, good to have dad and dad back together

This is one of the best fitness videos ever. Holy shit.
The O.G Mike is BACK with Omar hell yeah!!!
Good to see Omar back in the algorithm 👍
Awesome video. Both of you guys are beasts. I'm a big fan of the OHP. It's my favorite lift and I have a strength goal of being able to OHP my body weight. I have a question for you guys. One aspect you didn't cover in this video, that I was hoping you would cover, is programming around OHP and what accessory exercises to do. How many times a week is optimal for OHP ECT. I'd love if you guys could do a follow up video and get into programming
Wonderful use of Dr Mike’s skill in accents 👍
Holy shit this was the video I needed today
The Collab we all needed.
This is fucking outstanding
Damn this was a great video
ahahahah i love this video. Great colab guys ! Thank you.
The beginning was priceless 😂 and rest of the video was very good also
😂😂👏👏 great skit and acting. Well played sirs.
Great content, guys 😅
Dr. Mike, your humour is next level!
two of the BEST people on youtube
How the hell am I weezing over commentary about an excersise movement. Good job boys, funny and lots of info.
Really cool to see Alan Thrall
what a godlike collab pissening
I've found myself naturally going into a staggered position, so I'm glad to hear that that's okay as I wasn't sure if it was.
