Great video, very satisfying watching the cam chest gears going in. That cam is also a monster!

GREAT EPISODE! I'm going to be doing a similar series on a stroker UL in the near future. The question I have is wouldn't this be a great time to fit a torrington (koyo) b-138 inner cam bearing in place of the bushing? I've done both with great results, but I've HEARD (not experienced) that some of the repop bronze isn't quite up to snuff. Not criticizing, just curious.😊
Just found your channel and subbed, I've got a 46 EL so am watching all I can find on the knuckleheads. That's a great tutorial video you have done, cant wait to see the barrels and heads put together with so many parts in them. Cheers from down Under.
That's what I'm talking about, can I be your apprentice?
And that's how its done👌Another excellent vid Stewart!

Another epic video. Thanks! I noticed when I took my engine apart it was missing the pinion shaft seal ring in the gear case! Hopefully that hasn’t caused too many problems….!

At 0:28 it’s noted that you can cleanup the check ball seat using an old check ball. How does that cleanup the seat? And does the check ball size have any significance? Should we measure to make sure it’s the correct type? Sorry. I’m just uncertain about this part. Thank you.

amazing!! May i ask you what the total cost would be at the end?
Who makes the 3/8 drive wide blade screwdriver bit at the 4:35 mark? I slowed the video down, and I can only see that the tool is made in the USA. Craftsman? Snap-on? Is there a part number stamped on the side?

It’s Snap On, I’ll see if there is a part number tomorrow on it and get back to you🤙🏻
