    I'm surprised with some of the negative reviews. I was so impressed with the kzread.infoUgkxMwYg0MOXR4M-oGeyBsNSYe1aPOUoRH6D cage that I got the lat pulldown attachment that goes with it. It is equally outstanding. I don't have one complaint other than putting it together is a job. The instructions and packaging of the parts are very well designed and organized. Also, I stripped and damaged the pull down cable the first day, admitting it was my stupid fault, and they quickly replaced it at no charge. I'm 6'5, 280lbs and fit in the cage just fine. Glenn B

    Oh, man. First at all, Thanks a lot. I´m from Venezuela! I am very grateful for all videos you guys always upload. I´ve learned a lot from you. I´ve been trying to build a quadriceps bench for training quadriceps and femoral biceps, but it´s kind of hard, and I can´t find any video that shows how to do it. I think it´s a great idea that you build one. it would be very helpful. God bless you all of you guys. Here in Venezuela we (Me nephew and I) always watch your videos.

    I have a request that I would love to see done. I would like to see an incline, decline, & flat bench made from steel. I know you can do it because I just watched you weld a weight tree on this video. After the bench and the dumbbell stand, I want to see you build another power rack with steel that you can break down using bolts when you have to move. Love the videos.

  • @antoniorsoftware
    @antoniorsoftware9 жыл бұрын

    My "power rack" is made from an old iron balcony fence and for dips I use an old iron table with its top removed. I put a pulley on the power racks pull up bar and do triceps extensions, rope crunches, etc. All of it was either lying in the garden or in garage, no expense, except wasting some of my fathers time and nerves :P

    This is great and all, but if you don't have a welding machine I'd recommend looking on Craigslist. My local Craigslist had a weight tree for free (missed that unfortunately) but I regularly see them for anywhere from 25-50 dollars. Amazon also has new ones for 60+. Of course, if you're like me and you have a ton of scrap metal laying around, a welding machine and you actually enjoy this, then this is a fun easy project regardless. Great vid!

    An idea for a future DIY dudes episode could be a home-made barbell, it would be a great thing to make since you can do curls,bench press, rows, squats, deadlift etc. A great gym equipment that is a must have in the gym! I would use it when I'm on vacation at my cabin 50km from nearest civilisation and probably 100 from the nearest gym! XD
