Beautiful work! love the grain of the holly, and wood dowels. I have an oak coffee table I made from pallets, it is years old already, very strong, held together with glue and dowels.

Hi Danny, I like your screen door, it is beutiful. I am going to make one out of teak wood for my neighbor and since it is going to be an expensive one becouse of wood, I will have to add double screen material like yours. I was a cabinet maker for 31years and still learning. keep on posting your projects.

Cool video! I didn't know they made that screen gripper for the staple gun. I'm going to get one of those. I have two screened porches that I have to re-screen ( about 140ft of screen between the two ) Now you have me thinking about doubling up with hardware cloth.

For the best result you should start tensioning in the centers, not in the corners of the screen...

That door turned out amazing. I love the panel at the bottom. Curious why you chose to put the hinges on the left rather that the right near the corner.
