Yeah, you need some other tools like pliers and cutters. It depends on how you will build. But on most common situations, Philips screw is more than enough.

If you're not planning upgrade with a dedicated gpu then 450w is okay.

I do not recommend lower than 450w when using a GPU at least gtx 16 series. 500w is my better choice for that.
