truthfully, flying wings or hotliner/warmliner gliders (max lift and speed) has an effect on adrenaline that is hard to match. I love the Sweepwings Behemoth (build it light, 4s, 80amp, 930w, 11x8), and Juggernaut (4s, 1800kv, 60amp, 780w, 8x4 prop), and a 4s Phoenix 1600 (plastic fuselage) with a 1400kv, 60a, 730watts on 8x6 prop that goes about 85mph. Great video guys, that wing actually is a great lightweight wing ,the AR here.

good video... and a good wing... but right now I have a hard time understanding why you'd buy an AR wing over some options... there are a few other wings with identical foam, just some differences on electronics... if you are running frsky go with the frsky AR+ wing on hobbyking... use the 10% off code and it's $5 more than the ar wing and comes with an awesome ESC with telemetry, a better motor, and a s6r frsky receiver which has a gyro/auto-stabilization built in and is programmable to use on other things if/when you upgrade your wing to inav or kill the wing... and if you aren't a FRSKY guy you've got the RMRC recruit (at least here in the US) which is again the same wing but with a simple FC option that will use standard receivers or spektrum satellites or an rx with ppm or sbus...

What reciever did you use (looks like an FrSky)? Also, what is the red/yellow cable shown on the reciever going below the XT60 (12:15 in the video). I am having trouble getting the servos to respond to PWM (wondering if I need a PPM reciever?). THANKS!!!

Are you flying the PNP version of the at wing 900mm on 4s the website says it recommends a 3s. Can the included electronics handle 4s?

Good stuff but can you please explain stuff like what RX you used, arming, does the ESC brake when you reduce throttle? Would you need to be able to disarm but still have control of the ailerons? or does reducing throttle stop the prop spinning completely for landing? Is it better to have CG nose heavy or tail heavy? How do we trim, just using the trim buttons on the radio? I just received the mini 600 mm wing in the BNF version, I'm worried it will be harder to fly than a bigger wing and was considering trying to fit the matek f411 wing fc in but I would rather keep it simple. There's lots of info on INAV etc online but this is the closest thing I've seen to setting a simple wing up in an easy to understand format, would just love a few more details like what we need in a receiver because we are used to s.bus etc. and don't know what's needed for servos etc. without an FC, thanks guys.

I have the RMRC recruit which is the same as the AR900 except it has a stabilizer with launch mode makes it so easy to launch. Then I got the AR mini for my second wing, it is a little harder to launch without the stabilizer but not to bad. I have had the best luck launching the mini while wearing goggles because it was rolling on launch.

i have a question i have the same kit... do i need to buy a flight controller? also more importantly how do i install the wing tips? its the foam and seems to have a rough cut wooden piece as well, do i paint the wood and does that install on the outside or inside between the foam wingtip then the wooden piece then to the main wing? im stumped here please help... thanks in advance for any advice you can share.. and how to mount these darn wingtips?! thx again. -peter

Its great with DJI. Have two clips with it on my channel, can check the setup in description. Check it, it's a solid wing.

Why is fpv camera off to the side like that? Anyone know why not in middle? Above or below Gopro would work... 🤔🤔🤔

Twisted Props FPV go buy lead fishing weights and look up how much a GoPro weights and add the appropriate amount. Problem fixed

I'm new...but I have a flysky i6x and A8s receiver. Had to replace my receiver the other day, after I did I was getting it to bind just fine but nothing would happen with my kwad. I had to hold the bind button for 2sec after successfully bound to change ibus to sbus. I have an RtF and can't access Betaflight but checking your protocol there if you can would be good too.

COLD DASH I had it connected to the sbus but the pad broke off so i connected it to the rx6 pad and it’s still not working and now it will not it will not connect to beta flight.i thing is broken but it lights up and beep

Dont need to as a fixed wing is aerodynamically perfect, and only 1 motor so nothing to work together with. There are ones with flight controllers if you want stability mode etc.
