How to build a Barstool kart trailer and Portable welder
In this episode of Jumper Cable Dadz, we built a trailer that we can pull behind the Dingo Go Kart and our homemade Barstool Kart. It's amazing how easily a predator 212cc engine can pull two adults, a generator, and a welder. Watch as we go down the street with our welder, not that it has a practical use doing this, but we thought it would be funny to show how mobile this go kart trailer would be if we could weld while driving! Enjoy and please don't forget to like, comment, share and subscribe!

We are just a couple of Jumper Cable dads who like to build things and play on the toys we build. We build projects for ourselves and for our kids, anything from Go karts, to barstool karts, and anything small engine.

About us:
We are two dads that enjoy tinkering around in the garage with just about anything with an engine. Neither of us have any professional building experience, but what better way to learn than to share our experience on how we build things with the world. We both have full time jobs and families so we take advantage of any time we can to go in our garages to build.
Scott grew up riding go karts and motorcycles, Scott has rebuilt motorcycles many times, anything from small pit bikes, to motorized bicycles, and full on motorcycles. Scott is the Jumper Cable Dads mechanical mastermind and definitely the better welder of the two of us. Whenever something does not seem to make sense, Scott is always the dad to the rescue with a logical answer.
Thomas grew up riding motorcycles and tinkering with his dad. His family is a long line of gear heads. He has always had a huge interest in building things. Thomas comes from a musical background so he naturally has a creating mind, therefore he is the mind behind all the video editing.
How we met and started Jumper Cable Dads:
A few months before we met, Thomas started building a full size Murray go kart in his garage, as well as two mini bikes for his kids. The day we met, Thomas and Scott were talking about our interests and hobbies and Scott asked Thomas how much he thought it would cost to build a drift trike, Thomas gave a rough estimate based on metal prices and spare parts he had laying around his garage, then he went home and started building one, and sending pictures to Scott, shortly after Scott went over to Thomas's house and they finished a quick build of a drift trike that really became the spark that started our journey of building many more projects. We then started discussing recording everything we build and sharing it with the world. We first started an Instagram and it was obvious that people around the world were enjoying what we were doing. So our first video series was a how to build a bar stool racing kart frame from scratch.
Thank you for joining us on this adventure of building a bar stool racing kart from scratch. Please leave a comment below if you have questions, like what we are doing, or even don't like what we are doing and have a suggestions on how we can do things better. Thank you again!

We totally did take it to Busco! It was a blast, and we used it to take up to the front office to get more fire wood.
