This year, I made $53,000 CAD (revenue, not net income) from digital and passive income sources (Etsy, KZread, brand deals, affiliate income, digital products)-this doesn’t include income from offering calligraphy/art services. It’s always been my dream to make money online and be a digital entrepreneur ever since I was 20 years old, and 9 years later, I’m so grateful that I can say that I made it happen. It really depends on what you're interested in and what stage of business you're at and what struggles you have! There are a lot of books that are really great!!!

Hi Dina. Your page has been helpful. Question, if I am creating for example, a bachelorette itinerary template and need photos of people partying or that fit the occasion. Where do I get these photos? Do I run into copyright issues?

There are a lot of places where you can get photos for commercial use without attribution. I have a subscription to canva pro, but you can also be on the canva free plan and get access to a whole lot of photos

Hi Dina, nice video please tell me more about how you deal with with taxes. Do you pay any taxes when you did your Etsy shop or now and how do you do that? Do you pay in Canada or if you’re a nomad person how do you deal with this?

I have a corporation in Canada. For my Etsy transactions and taxes, I send all the data to my accountant and she deals with it for me.

Hey! Why did you choose Etsy over Stan store?

If I'm not mistaken, a stan store is for your current audience. But with an Etsy store, it has the audience right there (since it's a search engine), so I don't have to do any outside marketing. But if I were to sell things to my own audience, I would definitely consider stan store
