    Great video demo doc! Clear as crystal.👌 Thank you! I am using the same e-brush in your video and i must say that for its price, i am in awe of how it superiorly removes plaques around hard to reach areas of my teeth. Since then, i have not switched to manual brushing. Thanks doc!

    omg omg omg! Dr. Violette.... you are so soft spoken & funny (5:50) Love the details like 2:29 & 3:24 in your video, a lot of effort has been put to make this work of quality & this will age really well. And I have one suggestion, turn down the music by one notch so we can hear your sweeeet sweeet voice!

    Hi doc I just bought a electronic toothbrush and I have a question.Bfr this I was using manual toothbrushes and I have to constantly move it up down left right.Now that I'm using electronic one,do I still have to brush it up down left right or just slowly glide it on the teeth.Im confused🥴

  • @dav5306

    @dav5306

    slowly glide with applied pressure (not too hard) on the gums and/or teeth. Do not 'brush up down left right' because this could do more damage to your teeth. Let the electric toothbrush do the work for you.

    The reason I ask this is because I have severe gum recession is some of my teeth due to aggressive brushing when I received orthodontic treatment in the past and because of it, I need to see a periodontist for a gum graft but until I can get to a periodontist, I’d like to know how can I gently brush the receding parts because due to how gentle I try to be with my gums, it takes me 1 hour to finish brushing. I use an oral b oscillation electric toothbrush and due to how tiny the brush head is, it only covers one tooth at a time and because of my receding roots, the brush head doesn’t cover the exposed roots and after I finish the tooth, I have to drag the brush down to the roots and gum line which causes my brushing time to extend and as much as I try to cut down my time on brushing, this toothbrush never lets me finish the process in less than an hour. I would appreciate your advice, thanks!
