Great explanation! Personally, switching to electric toothbrush is a massive improvement to my dental hygiene. I got myself an Oclean Flow and my brushing time has been a blast!

I hate brushing my teeth using manual toothbrush since I have sensitive teeth. I switched to e-toothbrush right away after knowing that Oclean Flow works best to those who have sensitive teeth and gum problems.

Really great breakdown! Here I was thinking it may just help with keeping with up with hygiene when you're in a depressive rut. Good to know it comes with a lot of other benefits!

I’m using Oclean X Pro Elite toothbrush. It allows me to brush without worrying about my gums. You will never regret choosing this brush.

How does the vibrating mechanism compare to oral-b toothbrush (which i believe is the rotating type?) and which do you reckon is better? thank you for your advice :)

Hi Hazwan and thanks for the very good question! I've yet to try the rotating oscillation type so I'm unable to give my personal review on this. According to a scientific paper, the rotating oscillation motion is slightly superior to sonic vibration. However, the difference might not be significant enough to result in a huge impact on a user's overall oral health. No mater which mechanism, it all still boils down to whether you are using your electric toothbrush correctly :)

Erm the m1 toothbrush head has a curve. Looks like it is curved to clean the outer teeth surfaces but how about the innner teeth surface ? Won't the curve make it hard to clean the inner teeth surface ?

Our teeth are bulbous and have an emergence profile that is slightly convex in shape, no matter the outer surface (near the cheek) or inner surface (near the tongue). The curve of the bristles is made for this purpose.

There is already bioenzymatic products out there that you can use to clean biological waste, like dog or cat pee, from carpets, sofa's, and just about anything else. They are marvelous! Now if we could apply the same principles to our teeth, that would be perfect.

@@lonelygamer9986 Sounds like you have gingivitis (gum inflammation). If you haven’t done teeth scaling in a long time, do visit the dentist for a good cleaning. And then you can ask the dentist to demonstrate to you how to use your electric toothbrush correctly.

I can't focus on my video of your thumbnail. My opinion : you're super beautiful.

I always prefer electric versus manual. I tried this M1 Sonic e-toothbrush; was not really satisfied with the results. I'd still get bleeding gums. :( Glad I found Oclean X Pro Elite. Absolutely works like magic. It solved my bleeding gums problem. My teeth feel healthier and cleaner.
