Love the video! Editing was on point especially the funny stuff! Definitely interested and haven't seen this method before. What I have been doing is making a french press and pouring through a paper filter into my thermos for the day. Lose some oils but also no grit. Definitely going to try the sifter too!

I'm pretty sure he's given something like 15 years to the pursuit of his craft. He makes a mean cup of coffee. That's for sure!
